After looking through hundreds of reviews from January to March 2025, we found that many users are frustrated with stopping Beem from taking money from their accounts.
- Unexpected Charges After Cancellation: Several users report being charged subscription fees even after they thought they had canceled their accounts or never used the app. Some discovered they owed hundreds of dollars in fees for a service they believed was inactive.
- Difficulty Canceling Accounts: Many reviewers describe challenges when trying to close their accounts. The app often crashes or prevents them from deactivating, leaving them stuck with ongoing charges.
- Unresponsive Customer Support: Users mention that contacting customer service is nearly impossible. Emails go unanswered, calls drop, and support staff are unhelpful, making it hard to resolve billing issues or cancel subscriptions.
- Accumulating Fees and Late Charges: Some users are surprised by accumulating fees and late charges, even though they haven't used the app in months or years. This has led to significant amounts owed, causing financial stress.
- Unauthorized Withdrawals: A few people report Beem withdrawing funds without permission, even after attempts to cancel or deactivate their accounts. Some had to involve their banks to stop the charges.
