How to stop Cleo from taking money?

If Cleo is still taking money from you, it means your subscription is still active. To stop them from taking money, you need to cancel your subscription. You can do this by typing "cancel" in the chat and following the prompts to unsubscribe, or by going to your profile in the app, selecting "Subscriptions", and tapping "Unsubscribe from Cleo Plus". You'll receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been cancelled.
There are two ways to cancel your Cleo Plus subscription:
- Via Chat: type 'cancel' in the Chat and follow the prompts. After answering a few questions, you'll be given an 'Unsubscribe' button. Tap it to unsubscribe.
- Via the app: go to your profile in Chat, select 'Subscriptions', and tap 'Unsubscribe from Cleo Plus'.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been cancelled.
