How to stop FloatMe from taking money?

If FloatMe is still taking money from your account, it means your account is still active. To stop them from charging you, you need to close your account either through the app, via their help portal at floatme.zendesk.com, or by emailing support@floatme.com and asking them to close your account. Remember, simply uninstalling the app won't stop the charges.
There are two ways to cancel your FloatMe account:
- Through the app or help portal: close your account via the mobile app or by visiting floatme.zendesk.com. Remember, simply uninstalling the app won't close your account or stop the monthly Connection Fee.
- By email: send an email to support@floatme.com requesting to withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically. Once they receive your request, they will close your account and end your subscription if applicable.
Make sure to repay any outstanding Floats before closing your account to avoid any complications.
