There are two ways to cancel your Vola Finance account:

1. Via the app: if you don't have an active advance, open the Vola Finance app and go to the settings page to cancel your account.
2. Via email: send a request to hello@volafinance.com asking to terminate your account.

After analyzing hundreds of reviews posted in February and March 2025, we found several reviews where users express frustration about Vola Finance continuing to take money from their accounts even after they believed they had canceled or opted out of the service.

• Charged after cancellation: Many users report being charged monthly fees even after they canceled their subscriptions or deleted their accounts.
• No customer support: People mention difficulties reaching customer service to stop the charges, with emails going unanswered and phone numbers not working.
• Unable to stop payments: Some users say they had to contact their banks to block Vola Finance from continuing to take money.
• Subscription fees without service: There are complaints about being charged for services not received, like advances that never came through.
• Frustrating cancellation process: Users express frustration at not being able to cancel the subscription within the app or website.
